World’s largest tomato plant sale! Scott Daigre and his staff of Tomatomaniacs offer an astonishing selection of over 200 varieties of heirloom and hybrid tomato plants, including new varieties for 2018 & the Tomato of the Year.

Parenting OC’s Annual Summer Opportunities Jamboree  •  Mar. 3 @ 10:00 am – 2:00 pm  •

Jamboree will have special guests, along with games and new exhibitors featuring family travel destination spots, summer camps, and school information. See the Aquarium of the Pacific with the acclaimed Aquarium on Wheels, and back by popular demand is the Bubble-Dash Games.

Oso Fit - Mission Viejo Community Health Fair & 5K Fun Run  •  Mar. 3 @ 7:30 am – 11:00 am  •

Hosted by the City and Mission Viejo Chamber of Commerce, the event is an extension of the annual Community Health Fair and in honor of the City’s 30th anniversary celebration this year. The Community Health Fair features something for all ages including a host of free screenings.

 Festival of Whales  •  Mar. 3 – 4 & 10 –

In addition to whale watching, festival includes a kick-off parade, Sand Sculpting, Ocean Awareness Day, musical entertainment, on-the-water Concert, Whale of a Block Party, Art Shows, Pancake Breakfast, BBQs, Kids Interpretive Crafts, Classic Car Exhibits, Lectures/Seminars at multiple venues including the Ocean Institute, Historic Walking Tours, Paddling Events, Sailing/Rowing/Kayak/SUP Demos, plus much more!

Dachshund Races  •  Mar. 4 @ 3:00 pm  •

Come see these short legged but swift ‘wiener dogs’ race once a month at Old World Village. Arrive early and stay for lunch on their dog friendly patio.

Presented By: Child Rights & You America, Inc. - Orange County Action Center. The Festival of Colors! Open to all - just be ready to get very colorful with about 500 of your favorite friends and enjoy Bollywood music! Indian food and snacks will be available for purchase. Come have fun - and help raise money for Child Rights! 

Lantern Festival  •  Mar. 4 @ 12:00 pm  •

Celebrate the Year of the Dog with Orange County’s Pacific Symphony with this free family event. Enjoy music, dance, food and lantern decorating to mark the end of the Lunar New Year.

Toshiba Classic  •  Mar. 7 – 11

Each year, the Toshiba Classic attracts a field of professional players that rivals any major championship in golf, creating compelling competition for our fans. In 2018, the Toshiba Classic will benefit the Mary and Dick Allen Diabetes Center which provides comprehensive services for those with risk for diabetes regardless of their ability to pay.

Please feel free to bring your well socialized, dog/people-friendly dog. This one day event offers a variety of informative groups, retailers, groomers, veterinarians and pet rescue organizations - everything you need to know for a happier, healthier pet!

Irvine Park Railroad Easter Eggstravaganza  •  Mar. 10 – 31  Mon – Fri: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. Sat – Sun: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm •

Hop on over with family and friends to enjoy this fun and exciting springtime event. Children can meet and have their photo taken with the Easter Bunny as well as participate in several activities that are located throughout the area.

Rodeo Round Up Car Show Show & Maker Fair  •  Mar. 16 @ 3:00 pm  •

Celebrate our student body and treat the community to an afternoon of fun with bouncers, trackless train, trick roper, panning for gold, face painting, classic + exotic car and vehicle show, local business and maker fair, music, photo booth set ups, food trucks, petting zoo and much more! This is our biggest fundraiser of the year.

Weekend of Art in Los Alamitos  •  Mar. 16 – 17 Fri: 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Sat: 10:00 am – 8:00 pm  •

Calling all artists! All ages and abilities welcome. Sculpture, ceramics, spoken word, music, photography, painting, drawing, dance, wood working, print and more. Registration must be received by March 5.

Spring Craft Boutique  •  Mar. 16 – 17 Fri: 9:00 am – 6pm. Sat: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm  •

One-of-a-kind crafts, seasonal and year-round gifts and décor, wearable art, jewelry, florals, baby items, tasty goodies and much more from over 250 vendors! KidWatch babysitting service is available for $2.25 per hour per child.

This year’s event will showcase more than 100 world-renowned tattoo artists and feature musical performances by the Descendents, Fear, Strung Out, the Adolescents, Lil Yachty, Machine Gun Kelly and the Fever 333.

El Presidente Ball  •  Mar. 17 @ 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm  •

Journey back to the late 1800s of early California and let the Fiesta Association show you how “the West was fun” at this western style dinner dance. Enjoy some great food and old-fashioned fun while dancing under the stars (weather permitting) to live country-western style music.

Multicultural Fair at Sage Hill School  •  Mar. 17 •

This colorful, fun-filled event showcases and celebrates Sage Hill school’s--and the community’s--amazing cultural diversity. Taste home-cooked delicacies from virtually every nation represented at Sage Hill; enjoy non-stop musical and dance performances; bid on tantalizing baskets of themed goodies; browse the ethnic bazaar; and plenty of entertainment for the kids.

Glitterfest  •  Mar. 18 @ 10:00 am – 3:00 pm  •

This event features a collection of creative folks who express their talent through mixed media art. It includes handmade jewelry, sculpture, primitive dolls, paper whimsy and much, much more!

Cherry Blossum Festival  •  Mar. 18 @ 10:30 am – 5:30 pm  •

A FREE day of fun for the whole family filled with Japanese food, music, dance, cultural performances, and games and crafts for the kids. This festival is in support of the over 30 year student exchange relationship Huntington Beach shares with their sister city of Anjo, Japan.

Saint Joseph’s Day at the Mission  •  Mar. 19 @ 10:00 am – 3:00 pm  •

Live mariachi music, community presentations, Special Guest “Swallows Speakers”, Mission Basilica School performances, ringing of the historic bells and History of St. Joseph’s Day and Swallows Legend.

Friends of the Library Authors’ Luncheon  •  Mar. 20 @ 12:00 pm  •

Authors D. P. Lyle and David Putnam speaks about their books and careers at a luncheon hosted by Friends of the Huntington Beach Library.

Swallows Day Fiesta Grande  •  Mar. 21 @ 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm  •

This night of Old West entertainment consists of four contests are rolled into one! Best Dressed Old West Man, Best Dressed Old West Woman, Best Belt Buckle, and the Hairiest Man (best moustache and/or beard). For the more timid, spectators are always welcome.

Swallows Day Parade & Mercado  •  Mar. 24 @ 11:00 am  •

This is the nation’s largest non-motorized parade. It is totally organized and presented by the San Juan Capistrano Fiesta Association. The Mercado is a Street Fair and Market Place where you can eat, drink, and shop at over 100 booths. It is THE place to be after the parade! Listen and dance to the music of The Working Cowboy Band, a traditional country music band.

Laguna Niguel Bunny Bonanza  •  Mar. 24 @ 9:00 am – 12:00 pm  •

Crafts Games Face Painting Entertainment Instructor Showcase – meet the Parks and Recreation class instructors “Touch a Truck” – kids will get to climb, work on and “drive” a fun work truck, including trash, fire, and Sheriff’s Department. The Easter Bunny will also be hopping around! No egg hunt.

Pop into Spring Break with this bubble spectacular, featuring hands-on family fun, the return of Deni Yang and the Mega Bubblefest Laser show! Bubblefest provides learners of all ages the opportunity to discover more about the science behind the soapy fun.

Aliso Viejo Community Cup  •  Mar. 29 @ 11:00 am  •

Shotgun start is at 11am with dinner and an awards ceremony following at 5pm. This event benefits the Boys & Girls Clubs of Capistrano Valley.

Zedtown  •  Mar. 31 @ 10:00 am & 5:00 pm  •

Zombie defense mobilization efforts are now underway as OC residents prepare for an impending zombie invasion experience–armed with only foam blasters. Grab your opportunity to be a part of this blaster battle that follows a plot, evolving as players interact throughout the game.

La Habra Spring Family Eggstravaganza  •  Mar. 31 @ 8:00 am – 12:00 pm  •

This fun, family event includes an Eggs-Treme Kid Zone, as well as games, crafts, inflatables, balloon twisters, music & more. Also features a Community Resource Fair put on by the La Habra Family Resource Center.

Stanton Easter Egg Hunt  •  Mar. 31 @ 9:00 am – 11:00 am  •
